Working citizens of a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union are not required to obtain a permit to carry out activities on the basis of an employment contract or activities to perform work (provide services). Labor activity of workers who are citizens of the Member States is carried out on the basis of a labor or civil law contract without obtaining permits.
