A seminar for personnel services of enterprises was held in Yakutsk.

At the end of last week, a seminar for personnel services of enterprises was held in Yakutsk under the leadership of Anastasia Pozdnyakova, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for employment.

The event was attended by representatives of the personnel services of enterprises in the region. Among the participants were representatives of JSC Sakhaenergo, STNG, LLC Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk, Zhatayskaya Shipyard, PJSC LORP, LLC Arctic Capital, JSC Forecast, Roads of the Arctic, Yakutskenergo, JSC Vodokanal, JSC Arctic Trade and Logistics Company.

“All representatives of personnel services work directly on the ground on the tasks set for personnel officers by President Vladimir Putin, as well as the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aisen Nikolaev. It is very important that all specialists have the most up-to-date information and can apply it in their work. I am sure that such seminars provide an opportunity for the growth and development of specialists,” said First Deputy Chairman Anastasia Pozdnyakova.

During the seminar, issues related to amendments to Federal laws were discussed, a report was made on administrative responsibility for attracting foreign workers, information about the project of the Peoples’ Friendship House named after A.E. Kulakov’s report on the social and cultural adaptation of foreign citizens, on countering extremism and terrorism in the region, a declaration campaign on personal income tax and tax deductions in 2024, financial support for preventive measures in 2024, control and supervision of compliance with labor legislation, as well as topical issues of compulsory social insurance. Novelties of 2023-2024 and changes in the procedure for filling out the EFS-1 form.

It is worth noting that the Peoples’ Friendship House has created a consulting, information and educational network to provide foreign citizens and their families with affordable services for teaching history, culture and the basics of social structure, familiarization with the traditions, customs and lifestyle of the host community. The Commonwealth mobile application and the Information Service for Foreign Citizens 8 (800) 100-02-91 are functioning, and the interdepartmental project “Migrant Hour” is being conducted. Various patriotic, socially significant, sports and cultural events are organized with the involvement of foreign citizens and their family members.
