Guilty verdict in the case of falsification of documents
Another criminal case has been completed with a conviction against a foreign citizen for committing a crime under part 5 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The court found that a foreign citizen intentionally acquired a fictitious employment contract in order to use it, providing a basis for extending his temporary stay and illegal legalization on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) decided not to allow entry into the Russian Federation in accordance with subparagraph 9 of part one of Article 27 of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of 15.08.1996 “On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation” for a period of 5 years in connection with the use of fake documents by a foreign citizen. documents.
It should be noted that if a decision is made not to allow entry into the Russian Federation in respect of a foreign citizen, decisions are also made to revoke valid permits and the foreign citizen is expelled from the Russian Federation.
Thus, any use of a forged document on the territory of the Russian Federation entails not only criminal liability for a foreign citizen, but also a decision against him not to allow entry into the Russian Federation.
